Courtesy of Jeff and Amy, Desktop Tower Defense. Protect your spare change (etc) from bacteria and other malevolent lifeforms using small pellet guns, squirt towers, and air defenses. Annoyingly addictive. Keeps me from posting.

Better graphics on Xeno, the placement grid is much clearer, only the 100 level for challenges though (I still can't get past lvl 86). I also like the start next level of DTD, as you can use it while the current level is still running.
